By using our services, website, or contacting us via phone, text, or email, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. 1. Services Provided
Hutta Home Services offers subscription-based home maintenance and management services, including but not limited to:
- Landscaping
- House cleaning
- Pool cleaning
- Window washing
- Car detailing
- Dryer and A/C vent filter changes
- Pest control
- Handyman services
- Remodeling
- Optional add-ons such as solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, Christmas lights, and Halloween décor.
We provide these services through a network of trusted, bonded, and insured professionals, either in-house or through coordinated third-party vendors, based on your selected subscription plan.
2. Subscription Plans
- Standard Plans: Start at $89 per month for service management, plus the cost of selected services. Includes a dedicated property manager, monthly preventive check-ins, scheduling, oversight, and priority service access.
- Custom Plans: Available for homes over 5,000 sq. ft., short-term rentals, guest houses, or those requiring specialty services. Pricing is determined based on a custom quote.
- No Contracts: Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice.
- Vendor Options: You may continue using your existing vendors, which we will manage, or choose from our network of professionals.
3. Payment Terms
- Payments are due monthly via credit card or other approved payment methods.
- The $89 monthly service management fee is charged in addition to the cost of services, which vary based on your plan and home requirements.
- Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is higher.
- Non-payment for 60 days may result in suspension of services and referral to a collections agency.
- All prices are subject to change with 30 days’ prior notice.
4. Scheduling and Access
- We coordinate service schedules based on your preferences and plan. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to your property for our professionals to perform services.
- If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, we may reschedule, and additional fees may apply for repeated issues.
- Emergency weather conditions (e.g., storms, extreme heat) may require rescheduling, and we will notify you promptly.
5. Service Quality and Limitations
- Services are performed to industry standards by bonded and insured professionals. We are not liable for pre-existing damages or issues beyond our control.
- Optional add-ons or custom services may require additional time for coordination or sourcing.
- While we strive for satisfaction, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for services like pest control due to environmental factors.
- You must report any service issues within 48 hours of completion for us to investigate and address them.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- You may cancel your subscription by emailing [email protected] or calling (520) 666-7500 with 30 days’ notice.
- No refunds are issued for partial months of service or unused services.
- If we fail to deliver a scheduled service, we will issue a pro-rata credit toward your next invoice.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Hutta Home Services and its subcontractors are bonded and insured for general liability and worker’s compensation.
- We are not liable for damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service causing the issue.
- You are responsible for securing personal belongings and valuables during service visits. We are not liable for lost or damaged items unless directly caused by our negligence.
- You agree to notify us of any hazardous conditions on your property (e.g., aggressive pets, unsafe structures) before services begin.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by Hutta Home Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
9. Privacy
- Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
- By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined therein.
10. Termination
- We reserve the right to terminate your subscription at our discretion, with or without cause, by providing 30 days’ written notice.
- Immediate termination may occur if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior toward our staff, or fail to make payments.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chandler, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits against us.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
12. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Significant changes will be communicated via email or text to active subscribers.
